Were to start hmmm well lets go with the smoke detector it went off the very first day none stop turns out the battery was dead so we drove 30 minutes and bought a new battery and hung it up were it was 4 feet on a beam lets and no carbon tester what so ever. Walking out onto the deck to almost fall from the green mold all over it and the boards that are rottten and the railing that was not attached to anyhing my kids were leaning over as i warned them its going to fall .Etensions cords running through the walls in every room plugs over loaded all over the place light over the dinning table didnt work as we ate in the dark .We counted 29 chairs out side the yard right bye the screen room that was likely found on the side of the road along with the 29 chairs , the dock was a dam joke as i puuled it closer the shore and tied it up so we could use it , to top it all of the neighbors smoking joint after joint throwing there buts in the water cursing and shooting of pellet guns lol what a great place it was ,,, on the bright side i brought my boat and the lake was great good fishing and clean to bad we paid 1200.00 for a dump ,,,,
